Bai Ling, a Chinese American actress and musician, has appeared in dozens of films and television series, such as The Crow, Nixon, LOST, and Entourage. Her most recent film, Werewolf Game, is an upcoming American horror film that is currently in post-production. Though Bai Ling is nearing her sixties, she doesn’t let age define her fashion choices or personal expression.
Bai Ling frequently posts photos of herself that put Instagram’s content guidelines to the test. From under-boob outfits and bikinis to entirely nude photos, this star isn’t shy about showing a little skin–or a lot.
During her early years, however, when Bai Ling was just starting her acting career in China, she had a much more “innocent” image. On Instagram, she shared several photos of herself from this time.
“My friend from China [sent] me those 8 photos [I’m] sharing with you,” she wrote in the caption. “you probably never seen those photos of me when I was in #china making #films, so #innocent. Which one do you like?”
“Time [changes] us,” she continued. “I would say we are just evolved, just [a different kind] of us, different feelings of us, in different romance with nature, with life.”
Over the course of her career, Bai Ling shed her girl-next-door image in favor of embracing the bolder side of herself that fans are more familiar with today.
Bai Ling concluded her post by looking back at her past self with fondness and sending her love to Hollywood.
